Solo - 20% of Gross Load, including fuel surcharge. Increases by 1% annually. Team Drivers - 28% of Gross Load, including fuel surcharge. Increases by 1% annually. You get a copy of the actual Bill of Lading so there is no doubt what your load paid!


- Individual and Family Health Insurance Opportunity - RCA will pay HALF of Drivers health insurance after 60 days of employment and pays 100% of your individual Health Insurance after one year of employment.

Driver Qualifications:


- At least 2 yrs OTR Driving Experience


- 23 years of age or older


- Meet all Federal Motor Carrier Qualifications


- Valid CDL A without any current license suspension or revocation


- No convictions for a "serious or disqualifying traffic violation" within the last 3yrs.


- No more than 4 moving violations in the past 36 months, and no more than 2 moving violations in the previous 12 months.


- No preventable accidents involving a fatality, bodily injuries treated away from the scene, or disabling damage to a motor vehicle within 3 years.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, safety-minded, and dynamic Semi Truck Service Manager to oversee all aspects of our busy repair shop operations. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership to a team of skilled technicians, ensuring safe, efficient, and productive operations while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction and profitability. This hands-on management position requires a deep technical knowledge of semi-trucks and strong business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include leading a team of technicians, overseeing daily shop activities such as work orders and quality control, and managing inventory. The role will report directly to the Shop Foreman. Enforcing safety protocols and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting are also crucial aspects of the position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the heavy-duty industry, with at least 2-3 years in a management role, and possess strong technical knowledge of semi-truck and trailer maintenance and repair. Essential skills include leadership, excellent communication for both internal teams and customer service, and strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a related degree preferred. The role may require physical work in various conditions, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
